These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of
the Fresh Quarters Inc. website https://freshquarters.ca and all cleaning and
hospitality services provided by Fresh Quarters Inc. (“Fresh Quarters”, “we”,
“our”, or “us”).
By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree
to these Terms.
Services Provided
Fresh Quarters Inc. provides residential, commercial, and
short‑term rental (Airbnb/STR) cleaning and hospitality services, including:

Standard cleaning
·
Deep cleaning
·
Move‑in / move‑out cleaning
·
Commercial and office cleaning
·
Airbnb/STR turnover
·
Laundry, linen service, and restocking
·
Staging and hospitality preparation
Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling,
and staffing.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are
unsafe, unsanitary, or violate our company policies.
Booking & Scheduling
·
Bookings may be made through our website, email,
or phone.
·
Appointment times are approximate and may vary
due to traffic, weather, or previous service delays.
·
Clients must ensure safe and timely access to
the property.
·
If we cannot access the property, a lockout fee
may apply.
·
For Airbnb/STR units, accurate access
instructions must be provided (codes, fobs, parking, etc.).
Pricing & Payment
·
Pricing is based on property size, condition,
and service requirements.
·
Additional charges may apply for heavy buildup,
excessive mess, pet hair, or special requests.
·
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise
agreed in writing.
·
Commercial clients may be invoiced according to
contract terms.
·
Fresh Quarters reserves the right to update
pricing at any time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
To avoid fees:
·
24 hours notice for standard cleanings
·
48 hours notice for deep cleanings, move‑out
cleanings, or large bookings
·
72 hours notice for commercial or recurring
contracts
Late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to
provide access may result in a cancellation or lockout fee.
Airbnb / Short‑Term Rental Turnover
For STR clients, the following applies:
·
Fresh Quarters will follow the cleaning
checklist provided by the host or property manager.
·
Hosts must supply adequate linens, toiletries,
and restocking items unless otherwise arranged.
·
Excessive mess, party cleanup, biohazards, or
guest‑caused damage may incur additional fees.
·
Fresh Quarters may document the property with
photos for quality control and reporting.
·
We are not responsible for guest belongings left
behind.
Deep Cleaning & Move‑Out Cleaning
Deep cleaning and move‑out services may require additional
time and fees due to:
·
Heavy buildup
·
Stains
·
Grease
·
Hard‑to‑reach areas
·
Appliances requiring extra attention
We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains,
discoloration, or long‑term damage.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
·
Provide accurate information when booking
·
Ensure safe working conditions
·
Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items
·
Provide clear access instructions
·
Notify us of special instructions or concerns
Fresh Quarters is not responsible for damage caused by
unstable furniture, unsecured items, or pre‑existing conditions.
Safety & Hazard Policy
For safety reasons, Fresh Quarters does not clean:
·
Mold, asbestos, or hazardous materials
·
Bodily fluids or biohazards
·
Pest infestations
·
High areas requiring ladders beyond our safety
limit
·
Items that require heavy lifting or moving large
furniture
If such conditions are discovered, the team may stop the
service and a fee may apply.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning,
notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re‑clean the area at no
additional cost.
This guarantee does not apply to:

Pre‑existing damage
·
Permanent stains or wear‑and‑tear
·
Areas not included in the original booking
·
Post‑service messes or new dirt after the team
leaves
Damage & Liability
Fresh Quarters carries liability insurance and takes great
care during every service.
However, we are not responsible for:
·
Pre‑existing damage
·
Loose fixtures, peeling paint, or unstable
furniture
·
Items not properly secured
·
Artwork, collectibles, or fragile items not
disclosed in advance
·
Natural wear‑and‑tear
Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service
completion.
Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:

Copy or misuse website content
·
Attempt to access restricted areas
·
Upload harmful code or interfere with site
functionality
We may update or modify the website at any time without
notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Fresh Quarters website — including text,
images, branding, and design — is the property of Fresh Quarters Inc.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Third‑Party Links
